Shipping & Returns

We are open Monday thru Friday 10:00am -6:00pm MST. If you are emailing us on the weekend, please allow us until Monday to respond. 

Shipping: Domestic orders over $100 include free shipping. All other countries shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. All duties and tariffs for individual countries will be the buyers responsibility. If the address given to Rural Haze was incorrect and returned, the customer will be responsible for providing Rural Haze with the correct address. Rural Haze is not responsible for the additional shipping costs. If for any reason, the package is refused, the amount of return shipment will be deducted from the buyers refund. All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as in transit, it is not the responsibility of Rural Haze. All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated in product description).  

Incorrect Shipping Address:  In the event the package is sent back because of an error in address submitted to Rural Haze, the payment for the re-shipment of the package will be the customer's responsibility . 


Return Policy:  In the event you have received an incorrect order, Rural Haze will pay for the shipping back to us for an exchange.

If you have received the correct order and for any reason it isn't perfect for you, simply ship it back with 14 days of receiving! If you would like a return label, we are happy to provide on. Please email kyley@ruralhaze.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping back to us. In the event you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your store credit or refund.

Always keep a record of the tracking number until we have confirmed it as received. If it has been longer than 14 days, you are still eligible for store credit or exchange. If your purchase was made through Afterpay, Sezzle or Shopify Installments, you will be eligible for store credit or exchange. 

When returning footwear, if the shoe box is used as the outer box or is damaged in shipment or packing, a $5 fee will be assessed. When returning shoes, all boxes received must be sent back. If you ordered internationally you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order back to us. The same shipping rates apply to any exchanged items (free for domestic, a charge for international). Only items that are received in new, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for a refund or exchange (sale items are eligible for store credit only, and may not be sent with their original boxes). Please note that the purchaser has to pay for for the return shipping. Any items sent back with damage (i.e. items have been worn, contain cigarette smoke, pet hair) are ineligible for refund will be returned to the customer, at their expense. 

Please allow 2-10 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OVER 6 MONTHS OLD.
